Dear Valued Customers,
Julian Madyun, the creator, operator and publisher of RetiredSlave.com, Emancipation2000.com and Madela Publishing passed away on March 12,2016 in Atlanta,Georgia, his home for the past twenty years.
My father not only leaves behind his beloved family and many friends, but also a lasting legacy and an indelible contribution to the Black Arts community, for which he has been a part of for more than forty years.
His lasting wish and only agenda was to educate and raise the consciousness of African Americans in respect to their place in history.
I appreciate any and everyone who has patronized my Father's works over the years and my hope is that your relationship with his artistic creations continues.
